The 75-5085 has two airflow configurations depending on your needs. Using the included silicone box plug will seal the airbox making the front facing primary inlet scoop the main source of airflow. We swapped the location of the intake box and battery, allowing our intake to not only be closer to but also directly in line with the front air inlet. In addition, our intake tube has minimal bends as it connects to the turbo inlet. These details result in a significant decrease in restriction compared to stock intake.
In conjunction with a foam MAF Sensor Gasket, our injection molded MAF Sensor Plate ensures a quality seal around the MAF sensor that ensures a true OE O-ring seal and prevents air leaks. Despite having to relocate the battery, our new intake kit for the 17-18 Powerstroke 6.7 can be completed in 90 minutes or less with standard tools following our highly regarded installation instructions.
